Job Summary

The Implementation Consultant is the front-line person for ZOLL's Customer Success Organization and is a leader among their peers. This position works very closely with our clients to develop an effective training plan that meets their needs and then successfully executes that plan. The Implementation Consultant will evaluate the client's billing processes, provide comprehensive training on ZOLL Data Billing products, and work collaboratively with our clients to ensure they have a positive implementation experience. Product training is completed both onsite at the client location (travel required) and remotely via web-based tools. The goal of this training/implementation is to ensure the application is configured appropriately and the customer is successfully able to use the applications in their everyday business activities. This position works closely with other members of the ZOLL team on project planning, process improvement, tracking product requests from customers, training consistency and the development of training related material and documentation.

Essential Functions
  • Effectively train clients on the use of ZOLL software based on best practices and work collaboratively with customers on their system configuration.
  • Coordinate with support and product team to resolve customer issues during implementation process.
  • Track product adoption for customers to be sure we are setting them up to be successful on ZOLL products.
  • Act as a training and product resource for other members of the ZOLL team.
  • Participate in project coordination with ZOLL Project Managers and clients to ensure a successful training and implementation experience.
  • Work toward client success as an effective team member.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Experience in teaching, training or supporting others
  • Understanding of adult learning challenges and how to overcome them
  • Very strong customer-oriented focus and the ability to professionally handle difficult situations
  • Excellent communication, documentation, grammar, and interpersonal skills
  • Good technical aptitude for working with software and Microsoft Windows
  • A high level of professionalism and the ability to think analytically
  • Knowledge and experience in ZOLL Billing implementation
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

The annual salary for this position is:

$39.00 to $39.00
