The role:

Entegris isseekinga strategic, results-drivenSenior Director,Market and Technical Solutions(MTS)Leader-Fluid Management and Instrumentation(FM&I)based in North America.The MTS leader will lead a global team of business development professionals who support product marketing,sales, and product managementfunctions in achieving their objectives.This role requires a seasoned, globally mindedleader withbroadexperienceincludinggrowing and convertinga sales pipeline of businessopportunities,identifyingnew white spaces,monitoringcompetitors, and supportingkey supply chain changes.Their team willberesponsible forserving asa vital'bridge' between the business unit andthe markets in which it plays.

What you'll do:

  • Lead a global team ofbusiness development professionalswhoalsoserve as the 'eyes andears'of the businessby keeping a pulse of evolvingregional industry trends,customer needs, competitivedynamicsand market opportunities
  • Translatebusinessstrategiesintoaggressivesales pipeline targets and support revenue conversion
  • Support product marketing indeveloping detailed regional market maps including direct and end-customer demand as well as competitor share
  • Support Sales in communicatingcriticalproductchange notification (PCNs)and value propositions of newly launched products (NPD)and coreportfolioofferings
  • Be intimately familiar with thebusiness strategyof FM&I and serve as an internal 'zealot' forits products
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers atboth ecosystemcustomers(e.g., OEMs and engineering companies)as well asend-customers (e.g.,fabs)and ensure strong alignmentbetweenboththroughout product lifecycles (NPIaEOL)andpre-NPIroadmap activities
  • Support Product Marketing and SBU leaders ingeneratingnew ideasfor growthandformulating product marketing strategies that delivercompellingvalue toour customers
  • Support Product Managementin ramping salesof newly launched products

What we seek:

  • Bachelor's degreerequired
  • Minimum of8years of managerial experiencewith increasing responsibility
  • Minimum5years ofbusiness development or Salesexperience
  • A track recordofgrowingand converting a pipeline of new revenue-generating opportunities
  • Strong business acumen anda strategic mindset
  • Strongleadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductorindustry
  • Internationaland domestictravel,up to 50%in a month

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor industry
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Korean and/or Japanese
