Main Duties & Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
To assist header operator with daily production
workload and insure running machine are producing quality precision aircraft
quality fastener. Keep work area in clean and orderly fashion.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Competencies:
Learn parts number and how to read
blueprint

Learn how to use all measuring
instruments required to check parts. (comparator, micrometers, caliper,
protrusion gage and various other inspect gage.)

Performs scanning work order
transacts for PowerBi. Maintain more than 95% Utilization.

Learn to start and stop header and
prepared material wires.

Learn Statistical Process Control
(SPC) and charts.

Performs record keeping, data
entry, housekeeping 5 S, and follows safety procedures.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Compensation

In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $24.00-$38.46.

Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses. Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree
(GED). Machine Technical School graduate
preferred. 0-2 years mechanical experience or equivalent combination of
education and experience.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee
is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk
or hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and
arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift
and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50
pounds. Specific vision abilities
required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability
to adjust focus.
