About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist, Corporate Marketing, to join our growing global marketing team and provide essential support to our executive leadership. This role primarily focuses on participating in, supporting, and handling administrative tasks related to company marketing activities.

Reporting to Vice President, Corporate Marketing and collaborating closely with Senior Director, Marketing and Communications of Aerospace & Defense sector, this position is based at our Santa Ana headquarters with a hybrid work arrangement. This role will work directly with C-suite executives to assist in creating high-impact presentations and marketing materials that support business objectives and communicate company strategies.

This newly created position offers exceptional exposure to executive-level communications and develop foundational skills in presentation design, brand management, and marketing competence in a supportive capacity.

What You'll Do

Executive Presentation Development

  • Create, edit, and refine PowerPoint presentations for the CEO and Executive team
  • Transform complex business strategies and data into clear, visually compelling narratives
  • Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously, often with tight turnaround times
  • Ensure all materials maintain brand consistency and meet executive communication standards
  • Ensure the support work of the marketing activities and campaigns aligned with business objectives and directions

Marketing & Brand Support

  • Develop executive presentation materials aligned with brand guidelines and company strategies
  • Assist in the development of promotional materials, collaterals, campaign assets, and branding assets aligned with brand guidelines
  • Coordinate and support diverse marketing activities and initiatives across departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to execute marketing initiatives
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports and managing project documentation
  • Handle correspondence, email communications, and follow-ups related to company inquiries and marketing activities
  • Collaborate with the global marketing teams (corporate marketing and sector marketing) team across global offices (Asia, Europe, India, Canada, the US)

What You Bring

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related discipline
  • 1-5 years of marketing or communications experience; recent graduates with demonstrated excellence in PowerPoint and design skills (portfolio required) will also be considered
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint with a proven ability to create polished, professional presentations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading capabilities
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external vendors
  • Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic, fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Accountable, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Preferred:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Canva
  • Graphic design skills or willingness to learn Adobe Creative Suite (Express, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Sound understanding of brand standards and visual design principles
  • Previous experience supporting executives or senior management
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and manage multiple projects efficiently #LI-EC1
Compensation and Benefits:

TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefit options include medical, dental, vision, 401k, flexible spending and health savings accounts, accident benefits, life insurance, disability benefits, paid vacation & holidays. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$64,462 - $107,437

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
