Security and Emergency Response Manager - Pipeline

Building on our past. Ready for the future.

Worley's legacy as a trusted engineering partner in energy, chemicals and resources spans decades of complex project delivery across the globe. Today, we are evolving beyond traditional engineering services to become a leading solutions provider guiding partners and societies toward a more sustainable future.

As we accelerate the transition to more sustainable energy sources, we continue to support the delivery of the energy, chemicals and resources the world needs now. We solve complex challenges through integrated, data-centric solutions across the full asset lifecycle - from consulting and engineering through installation, commissioning, decommissioning and remediation.

To support this journey, we are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Security and Emergency Response Manager to establish and lead a best-in-class program for a landmark pipeline project in Alaska. This is a career-defining opportunity to build a critical function from the ground up while contributing to the safe, resilient and sustainable delivery of a major energy infrastructure asset.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Security and Emergency Response Manager will design, implement and lead a fully integrated Security and Emergency Response and business continuity program across a geographically dispersed pipeline development in a remote and logistically challenging environment.

The role aligns site execution with corporate security strategy and enterprise standards, reinforcing Worley's purpose of delivering a more sustainable world and its ambition to lead in sustainability solutions.

This is a foundational mandate: to establish governance, systems, partnerships and response capability from inception, embedding a culture of preparedness, accountability and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Deliver clear, persuasive briefings to executive leadership, regulators and external stakeholders, reinforcing Worley's promise to be a transparent and trusted partner.

Lifecycle Transition

  • Oversee the seamless transition of SECURITY AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE responsibilities from construction to operations, facilitating a structured handover to the pipeline operator. Ensure continuity of governance, systems, documentation and capability to support long-term asset viability.
