To support this journey, we are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Security and Emergency Response Manager to establish and lead a best-in-class program for a landmark pipeline project in Alaska. This is a career-defining opportunity to build a critical function from the ground up while contributing to the safe, resilient and sustainable delivery of a major energy infrastructure asset. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Security and Emergency Response Manager will design, implement and lead a fully integrated Security and Emergency Response and business continuity program across a geographically dispersed pipeline development in a remote and logistically challenging environment. Operating within a high-impact matrixed leadership framework, this role safeguards people, assets, communities and reputation while ensuring operational resilience and business continuity. The role aligns site execution with corporate security strategy and enterprise standards, reinforcing Worley's purpose of delivering a more sustainable world and its ambition to lead in sustainability solutions. This is a foundational mandate: to establish governance, systems, partnerships and response capability from inception, embedding a culture of preparedness, accountability and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
