Our client is looking for a Senior Mobile UX Designer to join their team! This is a 6 month long, remote, 40 hours/week contract assignment based in California. Responsibilities:
Audit and synthesize existing TV and mobile user journeys to identify opportunities for improving social interaction experiences across platforms.
Translate complex TV-based product experiences into intuitive, scalable mobile UX frameworks optimized for iOS and Android environments.
Develop user flows, information architecture, and interaction models that support both near-term feature development and long-term product evolution.
Partner closely with product, engineering, and design teams to explore how social features can be effectively surfaced and controlled through mobile interfaces.
Create prototypes, journey maps, and interaction concepts in Figma to communicate UX strategy and validate design direction with cross-functional stakeholders.
Provide platform-specific UX expertise, ensuring mobile experiences align with established iOS and Android interaction patterns and best practices.
Contribute to foundational design frameworks and documentation that support consistency across future product experiences.
Requirements:
Extensive experience designing mobile user experiences, with a deep understanding of both iOS and Android platform patterns and interaction models.
Demonstrated experience designing social or community-driven product features.
Strong proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, user flow development, and collaborative design workflows.
Ability to analyze and translate complex multi-platform experiences into clear, scalable UX strategies.
Senior Mobile UX Designer (in a nutshell):

-Social UX design experience
-Mobile UX development experience with deep understanding of Android and iOS patterns

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $115.00-$140.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
