Description & Requirements Lead Business Systems Analyst - Finance
Hybrid (2 days a week onsite)

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Lead Business Systems Analyst to serve as the functional lead for our SAP Finance modules and function as a direct link between the Controllers Office and our IT technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of General Ledger and Fixed Assets accounting, as well as Sales and Distribution acting as the bridge between our Finance department and the technical IT team working on continuous improvement and impact of our financial tools. Key Responsibilities:
The Broad Institute will not support visa sponsorship for this role. The expected base pay range for this position as listed above is based on a 40 hour per week schedule. Broad provides pay ranges representing its reasonable and good faith estimate of what the organization reasonably expects to pay for a position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, qualifications, and other factors permissible by law.
