The Lean and Process Analyst supports the Lean Manager by enabling data-driven analysis, process documentation, and execution of continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a critical part in maintaining standard work, tracking performance metrics, and supporting Kaizen events and governance routines to ensure consistent adoption of Lean practices across the organization.
