As the Human Resources Manager II, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our manufacturing plant in Trenton, MO. As one of the plants in our growth business unit, this location is key to our strategy, and we need a strong HR leader to support our transformation plan. You will serve as the front-line HR support for the plant, providing hands-on guidance and expertise to employees and leadership alike. This role requires a proactive mindset and a passion for fostering a positive workplace environment. You will be responsible for strategically managing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compliance, and strategic planning. You will also collaborate closely with other plant HR Managers-both within the vertical and across other verticals-to share best practices, align on initiatives, and drive consistency in employee experience across the organization. Your leadership will be crucial in enhancing employee engagement, supporting organizational change, and aligning HR initiatives with the plant's goals to ensure operational excellence and sustainable growth.
