What You'll Do

  • Serves as an entry-level Technician.
  • With guidance, performs vehicle cleaning and preparation, including washing, wheel cleaning, waxing and buffing, polishing,
  • Removing finish defects, assistance with paint applications and minor repairs
  • Inspecting finished body panels for color match and finish texture
  • Preparing surfaces for buffing
  • Moving vehicles to support production flow through detailing and painting processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your manager or supervisor


Who You Are

You've got a keen eye for detail, and no imperfection is safe from your watchful eye. Requirements include:

Minimum:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience (body shop and/or prepping experience; collision and/or mechanical estimating experience).


Preferred:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Annual Respirator Fit Test documentation.
  • Valid HAPS Paint Training Certification.
