Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Senior Global Sourcing Configured Costing Specialist to join our team in Holland, MI.
As a Senior Global Sourcing Configured Costing Specialist you will:
Play a critical role in shaping the accuracy and scalability of our configurable product pricing. In this role, you'll blend analytical expertise, data modeling, and SAP configuration skills to build and maintain highly precise cost models for components used worldwide. You'll collaborate closely with commodity managers, vendors, and crossfunctional partners to translate complex dimensional inputs into clean, reliable system logic that drives our sourcing and pricing decisions. Essential Functions
- Develop and maintain configured cost models for directsourced components across customizable product lines
- Translate dimensional inputs, material usage, and supplier cost elements into accurate, scalable costing logic
- Partner with commodity managers, vendors, and crossfunctional teams to build and refine Excelbased cost models
- Convert cost models into SAP configuration syntax and collaborate with the data modeling team on testing and validation
- Manage ongoing accuracy and integrity of configured data within SAP, including updates, corrections, and maintenance activities
- Support Product Change Notification (PCN) pricing updates and ensure pricing remains current and accurate
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into costing, supplier inputs, and model performance
- Conduct datadriven analysis to validate pricing, identify discrepancies, and support decisionmaking
- Collaborate with suppliers during costing discussions to ensure data accuracy and alignment with sourcing strategies
- Lead of participate in continuous improvement projects related to cost reductions, supply chain stability, costing methods, data structures and configuration logic
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
- Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
- Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or similar field of study.
- Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education
- 5 years related experience (OR 3 years related experience with Master's Degree)
- Military Equivalency at www.mynextmove.org/vets/find/military
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong data modeling skills
- High analytical accuracy
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas; macros a plus)
- Experience with SAP and SAP Ariba (configured data/syntax)
- Familiarity with WinShuttle and/or Power Automate
- Power BI proficiency
- Exposure to AI tools and a willingness to learn
- SharePoint experience
- Project Management certification.
- Ability to manage projects, drive milestones, and follow stagegate processes
- Ability to translate complex costing logic into scalable system solutions
