Job Description

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys precision work and seeing the results of your craftsmanship? At Senior Metal Bellows, we design and build highly engineered products that power aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial innovation. We're looking for a skilled assembler to take on complex builds and testing of both standard and custom vacuum pumps and compressors.

What You'll Do

  • Earn and maintain Operator Authorizations to support production.

  • Work from detailed drawings and instructions to bring intricate designs to life.

  • Assemble components into sub-assemblies and complete units, ensuring precise fit, alignment, and performance.

  • Set up advanced test systems and perform specialized procedures to verify quality and function.

  • Keep production on track by adjusting machines and tools, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions.

  • Inspect and measure parts with micrometers, verniers, and leak detection tools; ensure every component meets integrity and dimensional standards.

  • Apply quality control methods, including Statistical Process Control (SPC), to uphold world-class standards.

  • Share your expertise-assist and mentor team members when needed.

  • Use basic computer applications to log labor transactions and maintain records.

Qualifications
  • Basic computer knowledge to perform labor transactions, and other required functions
  • Two year Technical Degree or work related equivalent

Hourly Rate Range: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour. Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications
