Position Summary:
You will lead field-based vaccine engagement across your assigned territory in the United States. You will build trusted partnerships with health care providers and local health systems to increase vaccination rates. You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues to solve barriers and improve patient access. We value curiosity, clear communication, and a service mindset. Responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Build and maintain deep clinical and market knowledge of vaccine prevention and local needs.

  • Engage health care providers and staff to present clinical value and support vaccination in practice.

  • Use account-based approaches to drive stocking, in-office vaccination, or referral pathways.

  • Partner with local account teams and cross-functional colleagues to remove barriers to access.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activity in the CRM system.

  • Meet territory targets and track progress using agreed metrics.

Basic Qualifications:
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

  • Experience working with health care providers, clinics, or health systems.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive within the assigned territory.

  • Ability to travel locally and regionally as required for customer engagement.

  • Must live within or close to the assigned territory to support field-based coverage.

  • The selected candidate will be hired at the appropriate level based on experience:

    • Immunization Specialist (grade 8): Minimum 2 years business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience.

    • Senior Immunization Specialist (grade 7): 5+ years business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • At least 2 years of vaccines-specific sales or immunization program experience.

  • Clinical background such as RN, LPN, or other healthcare qualification. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and activity targets.

  • Strong account selling skills and experience negotiating with organizational buyers.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

  • High administrative efficiency.

  • Comfortable using CRM, digital tools, and virtual engagement platforms.

  • Desire for growth and development.

Work Model:
This is a field-based role with an on-site presence in the assigned territory. The role requires regular travel within the territory and periodic regional travel.

The US annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,250 to $198,750. The US salary ranges take into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidate's skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role. Available benefits include health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
