Job Description
The AMER Business Development (BDR) Business Operations Analyst plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, program execution, and cross-functional alignment across the AMER BDR organization.

You will serve as a strategic operator and project execution lead - partnering directly with BDR Leadership to identify business challenges, design scalable solutions, and operationalize initiatives across sales programs, technology, process, enablement, and reporting.

This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Enablement, and Global teams to design, operationalize, and measure initiatives that improve pipeline generation, productivity, and execution rigor across 500+ BDRs.

This role requires independent project ownership, strong executive communication skills, and the ability to structure complex problems into clear, measurable solutions in a highly dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Project Management & Operational Execution

  • Independently manage cross-functional initiatives from intake through execution and post-launch measurement
  • Build structured project plans including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Operationalize BDR programs and process changes, ensuring clarity on roles, ownership, and execution expectations
  • Identify gaps in workflows, routing logic, reporting, or program structure and recommend scalable solutions
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Partner with AMER Sales Leaders, PMMs, Enablement, Marketing, and Global teams to align on quarterly business priorities
  • Translate business needs into clear operational plans for BDR execution
  • Influence without authority across functions and levels of seniority
  • Close feedback loops by documenting decisions, confirming alignment, and proactively communicating next steps
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs and surface risks early with recommended solutions

Program Design, Change Management & Communication

  • Support the design and rollout of BDR programs, processes, and operational changes that drive measurable pipeline impact
  • Develop executive-ready materials including one-sliders, stakeholder decks, and program recaps
  • Translate complex initiatives into clear, digestible messaging for leadership and BDRs
  • Support change management efforts by identifying adoption risks and building structured communication plans
  • Ensure initiatives align to business rhythms and leadership priorities

Data Analysis & Business Insights

  • Analyze project KPIs to identify productivity gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Leverage dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, CRM, spreadsheets) to provide quantitative insights
  • Define success metrics at project kickoff and measure outcomes post-launch
  • Support quarterly and executive readouts with data-driven narratives and recommendations

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Programs, Strategy, Consulting, or similar analytical roles
  • Demonstrated experience owning projects or workstreams independently
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable building and presenting slides to leadership
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting business performance data
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
