2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Staffmark is hiring Production Associates in Eaton, OH to support a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you'll help keep the line moving by supporting assembly, machine operator tasks, forklift material handling, and general production work across the floor.

The Tools for the Trade

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Able to stand, move, and lift (up to) 50 lbs throughout your shift
• Bring focus, pride, and a solid work ethic
• Entry-level to skilled (forklift, warehouse, production, and/or assembly) candidates welcome; training provided for those who need it!

What You'll Do on the Line

• Perform assembly of parts and components following detailed instructions
• Support machine operator duties by loading materials and monitoring equipment
• Assist with forklift movement of materials between workstations
• Complete crimping, pressing, and installation of components
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized production area following 5S standards
