A postdoctoral position is available to work on projects investigating (1) how students learn chemistry and (2) the design of instructional materials and teaching strategies. An additional component of the project is to identify and evaluate strategies that can be used by instructors to develop and assess student outcomes for both content knowledge and skills/practices and develop appropriate faculty development resources to support implementation.
