Overview: TheManager, Project Managementis responsible fordrivingthe planning, tracking, resourcing, taskexecutionand status reporting to achieve successfulexecutionof InovalonMarketing projects.

The Manager, ProjectManagementis accountable forprovidingteam guidance, mentorship, and coordination,toenable and executeMarketingproject deliverables within committedtimeframes. This position will work closely withteams within Marketingand across the organizationto deliver projectsfrom beginning to end.

The Senior Manager works closely with leadership toestablishefficient, flexible, and repeatable processes and templates to implement InovalonMarketing campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Oversee and directthe management of marketing projects,including planning, tracking, resourcing, taskexecutionand status reporting to achieve successful projectoutcomes;


  • Mentor project managers by supporting skills development and careerprogression;


  • Providesguidance and consistent communication of strategy to teamleaders;


  • Ensure the execution ofMarketing projectstoaccomplishdepartmentobjectivesand goals in compliance withprojectscope, and ensure efficient and effective projects while proactively managingstakeholderexpectations;


  • Prepare for and conduct regular, recurringstand-upcallswith Marketing team members tomanage expectations, drive completion of project delivery activities and effectively resolveissues;


  • Own thebuildout,managementand maintenanceofannual departmentOKRsvia PowerBI;


  • Assistwithdepartment budgeting andtracking


  • LeadMarketingdue diligence and integration activities for future acquisitions


  • Work closely withAVP,Marketing Operationstocontinually improveand automate processes


  • Define and drive strategies that allow the team to scale and improveoutput;


  • Maintain compliance withInovalon'spolicies,proceduresand missionstatement;


  • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements asoutlined withinInovalon'sOperating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all timeswith respect to any aspect of the data handled or servicesrenderedin the undertaking of the position; and


  • Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may bereasonably providedby Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer.



Job Requirements:



  • Minimum of5years of proven industry experience managinghigh-volume Marketing projects


  • Experienceusingproject managementsoftware (Monday.compreferred)


  • Understanding of industry standards (e.g.PMI, Agile), project/program/strategymanagement methodologies andchange management fundamentals;


  • Leads and managesemployees, delegating work, assigning projects, providing guidance and development opportunities, as well as reviewing and providing feedback on performance on a regularbasis;


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, subject matter experts, internal /externalcustomersandpeers;


  • Analytic, detail-orientedand highlymotivated with the ability to work independently; and


  • Proficient in MS Word, Visio, Excel,PowerPointand Project.



Education:



  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent;and


  • CAPM, PMP(PMI)certificationor equivalent experience.



Physical Demandsand Work Environment:



  • Sedentary work (i.e.sitting forlong periodsof time).


  • Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force.


  • Frequently or constantlyto lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions.


  • Subjectto insideenvironmental conditions.


  • Travel for this position will includeup to20% travel.

Inovalon Offers a Competitive Salary and Benefits Package

In addition to the base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At Inovalon, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

Base Compensation Range
$112,600 $135,000 USD

This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship (e.g. H-1B, TN, or E-3). Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States as a condition of employment. (This is only applicable for US-based positions)
