We are hiring an Organizational Change and Adoption Consultant that will work with our TU associates, managers, and leaders. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities.

This leader will work with the serves as an internal change, organizational design, and organizational effectiveness consultant, partnering with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross functional teams to enable enterprise transformation and sustain performance to enable enterprise transformation.

This role focuses on accelerating adoption, improving organizational health, and increasing organizational effectiveness by aligning strategy, structure, leadership, and ways of working. By focusing on the people-side of the change to develop employee-centric strategies that focus on improving speed of adoption, ultimate utilization, and proficiency of use of new tools or processes.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5 years of experience and strong understanding of organizational design and organizational effectiveness principles and their impact on performance

  • Strong project management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with PROSCI or comparable change methodologies.

  • Experience working for a global company and in a complex matrixed environment

  • Proven ability to translate strategy, data, and insights into clear recommendations and action plans.

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Listens, builds trust, and works effectively with others to achieve business outcomes. Partners with others with transparency and humility.

  • Flexible and collaborative team members with proven experience in balancing business challenges in a fast-paced environment and ability to energize others towards the achievement of business objectives.

  • Strong problem solver with advanced MS Suite proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)

Impact You'll Make:

  • Organizational Design Expert: Partners with HR business partners & business leaders to assess and improve organizational effectiveness, including clarity of roles, accountability, decisionmaking, and ways of working. Leverage Org Design Health metrics and insights to identify systemic issues impacting team effectiveness, speed, and engagement. Support leaders in improving team effectiveness by aligning structure, operating model, and leadership behaviors.

  • Change Management Practitioner: Serving as global enterprise change subject matter expert and practitioner to drive and sustain behavioral change for key enterprise initiatives and business imperatives. They need to conduct research and analysis, collaborate with leaders and employees, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Integrate org effectiveness considerations into change strategies to ensure transformations deliver sustained performance-not just implementation.

  • Project Manager and Business Partner: Collaborates with HR partners to proactively identify and frame continuous improvement opportunities to ensure human capital processes are simple, systematic, scalable, and effective. Leverages project management skill set to build and lead processes that organize and will resolve identified continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Change Strategy and Execution: Identifies cross functional issues, providing innovative solutions, and communicating the impacts by designing change management strategy and approach while identifying risks across existing processes, ways of working, systems and teams.

  • Communication and Facilitation: Facilitate leader alignment sessions, workshops, and working sessions to build shared understanding of currentstate realities, futurestate intent, and required behavior shifts. Equip leaders with change narratives, toolkits, and talking points to lead teams through organizational and operational change with confidence. Deliver highimpact virtual and inperson sessions for global audiences, adapting content to diverse stakeholder needs and evolving ways of working.

  • Leader Alignment and Engagement: Establishes alignment among leaders regarding the current state analysis as well as the vision, objectives, and guiding principles for the future state. Delivers strategic leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams dedicated to advancing continuous improvement within people processes, ensuring coherence with overarching HR strategic objectives

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $82,700.00 - $120,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
