We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner in Gensler's New York office to partner with studio leadership in shaping our culture and values across their studios. This is an opportunity to be part of a strategic HR team in a creative and cutting-edge environment, while being hands-on, working directly with leaders to foster our People First environment. In this role, you will report to the People Leader and be the day-to-day contact for your studios to inform, advise and consult on the firm's core HR programs, including employee relations, performance management, organizational design, legal compliance, staffing/productivity, mobility, and policies & procedures. Your Qualifications
**The base salary range will be estimatedto be between$100,000-$130,000.Gensler's total compensation package is multi-layered and includes a base salary, two annual bonuses paid in December and June.
