Reporting to the President of the Conveyance Solutions Division within Regal Rexnord's Automation and Motion Control (AMC) segment, the Senior Director of Product Management and Engineering will lead global product strategy, innovation, and execution. This division includes 1,800 associates across 10 manufacturing sites and generates approximately $500M in annual revenue. The preferred location for this role is Milwaukee, WI. This executive will oversee product management, design engineering, marketing, and strategic planning, driving organic growth through product excellence, innovation, and disciplined business system deployment. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership to align teams across sales, marketing, operations, and business units, ensuring best-in-class product lifecycle management and operational performance. A key responsibility is building and developing a high-performing team of product managers who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
