POSITION SUMMARY: The Nursing Supervisor is an administrative management position that represents nursing administration. The Nursing Supervisor assesses the overall daily hospital environment and operations, is accountable for problem solving and initiating immediate, effective action as well as maintaining daily staffing levels. PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MSN Preferred Patient Transfer Center experience preferred CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED Registration and current RN licensure in the state of MA in good standing required. BLS/ACLS CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS PREFERRED N/A KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSAs):
A/P rotation with every third weekend. Compensation Range: $45.43- $65.87This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
