TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION CANDIDATE MUST BE SERVING PERMANENTLY IN THE TITLE OF STAFF ANALYST, OR REACHABLE ON THE STAFF ANALYST CIVIL SERVICE LIST. Minimum Qualifications A master's degree from an accredited college in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration, human resources management, management science, operations research, organizational behavior, industrial psychology, statistics, personnel administration, labor relations, psychology, sociology, human resources development, political science, urban studies or a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school; or Preferred Skills
Preference will be given to candidate who has a familiarity with PRISE and PMS. Experience navigating NYCAPS and producing CHRMS reports is desired as well as an understanding of the Job Opening process and roles. Strong computer skills, particularly Excel and Word is also desired. Excellent verbal, written and communication skills are a plus. 55a Program
