Behavioral Health Therapist

Mar 05, 2026
Description

One full-time position | 40 hours/week | Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

The Behavioral Health Therapist works within an interdisciplinary environment with a focus on providing integrative care. One of the primary functions is providing brief behavioral health visits in a medical clinic via the Primary Care Behavioral Health Model (PCBH), both in-person and via telehealth, to satellite clinics. During the interview and at the conclusion of the one-month orientation, the therapist and their supervisor can solidify the therapist's daily assignments, which may include 1-2 days of PCBH, and other therapy clinics such as: short-term therapy via the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM), traditional therapy, therapy inside of a school-based clinic, and/or substance abuse therapy. OneWorld is growing and looking to build more behavioral health services and offer more treatment modalities, so we encourage discussion about future opportunities at the interview.
