The Senior Manager, Content Strategy & Editorial shapes HGA's voice, narrative, and point of view across sectors, audiences, and channels. Serving as the firm's editorial lead, this role sets the strategic vision, standards, and annual content agenda - and ensures that content is effectively activated through integrated distribution across web, social, video, email, and paid channels.
Working closely with Brand, PR, and Market leadership, this role owns the firmwide editorial calendar and translates content priorities into channel strategies that reach the right audiences at the right moments. This role also guides paid search and campaign planning, ensuring media investments align with editorial and business development goals. Leading a multidisciplinary team spanning social media, digital experience, and editorial, this role operates as a peer leader alongside the Brand Manager, PR Manager and Internal/Exec Comms Manager within the Brand & Communications team - connecting content strategy, marketing systems, and performance measurement to advance brand awareness, client engagement, and business development. In this role you will:

Own HGA's annual editorial calendar, setting strategic themes, priorities, and cadence aligned with the firm's growth plan and eight market sectors.

Salary Information: The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in HGA's robust benefit programs which include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k) guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term disability programs.
