Genesis10 is currently seeking a Finance Systems Analyst (Concur) for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. This role will support a critical Concur migration project, moving from an older platform to a new one. The ideal candidate will be involved in testing, creating procedural documentation, and communicating effectively with various business units to ensure a smooth transition. This position is 100% onsite. Responsibilities: Participate in initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Finance Review and analyze finance assignments and challenges that require research and evaluation Assist with writing procedure documentation, FAQs, and standard operating procedures for the new Concur platform Execute Concur and AppZen testing in respective sandboxes Present recommendations for resolving moderately complex situations Provide information and support to end-users and client personnel in Finance Requirements: Must be able to work 100% onsite in the Ballantyne, NC office 2+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education Prior hands-on experience with SAP Concur Travel and Expense application Ability to create training documentation, standard operating procedures, FAQs, and test cases Experience with Microsoft products including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Copilot Ability to communicate effectively with end-users and attention to detail Ability to navigate efficiently in various operating systems Desired skills: Experience in a previous system migration or a new system implementation project Pay range: $46.57 - $53.00 per Hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
