The Central Marketing team is looking for a talented, experienced Data Analyst to join their team supporting Services. This team works directly with cross functional teams to support analysis of marketing and operational performance. In the next year, they are looking to expand and automate their reporting and dashboard capabilities related to Operations Production and Efficiency. The ideal candidate is a curious self-starter, with strong communication and attention to detail. Candidates should have an analytic mindset, the ability to investigate and work independently, and hands on experience working with large datasets.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Partner with cross functional teams to define key performance indicators and reporting needs
  • Investigate and maintain knowledge of operational and performance datasets
  • Initiate projects to build and procure additional data needed for analysis
  • Write and optimize complex SQL/Python queries to extract and analyze large datasets
  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards
  • Perform ad-hoc deep dive operational analysis
  • Balance competing priorities in ever-changing environment


Key Qualifications



  • Experience in Marketing, Operations, or Analytics Function
  • Experience extracting and analyzing large datasets
  • Fluency in SQL, Python, and Tableau
  • Experience with ETL, automation, and/or machine learning
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively surface insights and recommendations
