Under general supervision, assist with owner inquiries and research as part of the Land Administration Compliance Group. Ensure that responses to owners are proper and complete. Assist with research and other special projects as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Field questions from the Owner Relations team.
  • Assist with revenue research and suspense review.
  • Assist with the calculation of decimal interests, revenue adjustments, and interest payments.
  • Prepare and issue division orders.
  • Review and send IRS Schedule B Notices.
  • Assist with pulling and analyzing revenue payment history.
  • Assist with special projects as directed by management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven analytical skills in reviewing documents to summarize information
  • Proven ability to research and review multiple data sources and synthesize information
  • Capable of summarizing complex data in a way that is easy to understand

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum two (2+) years of experience in Land Administration and/or Revenue
  • Aptitude and desire to learn new systems and processes
  • Strong attention to detail and flexibility regarding workload and priorities
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Easily adapts to change
  • Experience with various Land Administration applications (i.e. SAP and Accurint)
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Communicate effectively and work well with individuals across the organization
  • Demonstrate integrity in work products and in dealing with coworkers
