Overview The Specialty Pharmacy Manager oversees daily operations and overall performance of the Specialty Pharmacy, ensuring safe, efficient, and patientcentered services. The role supports and sustains programs that enhance clinical outcomes, leads all human resources functions, and fosters a highperforming team culture. The manager collaborates on departmental goals aligned with organizational priorities, including budget targets. They drive quality and processimprovement initiatives to strengthen efficiency, workflows, and outcomes while ensuring full compliance with accreditation standards, pharmacy licensure requirements, and all state and federal regulations. The manager serves as a mentor and leader within UPAH Specialty Pharmacy, maintains timely and effective communication across teams, and consistently demonstrates professionalism and embodies the organization's FOCUS values.
