How you will contribute:

As the Plumbing Service Superintendent, you will ensure that service work is performed in accordance with the budget and schedule. You will provide assistance to our technicians as needed and hold them accountable to follow Ahern's processes and meet expectations. You will work closely with the Plumbing Service Coordinator on scheduling work to ensure that work is being done efficiently and on time. You will assist sales reps as needed for pricing projects and preventative maintenance agreements with your technical knowledge and past experiences. You will be expected to take service calls and work alongside your field team. You will ultimately be responsible for all aspects of the service field crew within the Milwaukee regional area. You will work closely with other mechanical service superintendents from a labor and process perspective.

What you need to qualify:

Qualified candidates should bring strong technical experience, including at least five years in a service-related position, ideally with some management oversight of team members. If you are ready to demonstrate this expertise, Ahern wants you!
