Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:

  • Run production machines and monitor quality of machine output.
  • Complete any assigned re-inspection work.
  • Keep accurate records/ paperwork according to established recordkeeping procedures.
  • Perform quality inspection every two hours and record it in the Automated Data Collection System (Light-House).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Must have excellent attendance.
  • Must be able to monitor quality of machine output.
  • Must have good housekeeping skills.
  • Capable of physical mobility including walking, sitting, bending, twisting, standing, pushing, pulling and routine lifting (up to 35 pounds).
  • Capable of visual acuity to include distinguishing color variation and detecting defects.
  • Able to work in a production environment, recognizing various sounds and alarms
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed.
  • Must be able to perform all duties in a safe and effective manner.

The starting rate of pay for this position is expected to be $18.20; however, starting pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience between $18.20 and $18.20.
