Cabinet Maker Responsibilities: - Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints - Build and assemble custom cabinetry and millwork components - Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently - Ensure precision, quality, and attention to detail in all projects - Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines - Sanding and finishing preparation - Material preparation and handling - Catching and stacking parts off saws and machinery - Assisting cabinet makers and installers - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace - Following safety procedures at all times Requirements For Cabinet Maker: - 3+ years of cabinet making or millwork experience preferred - Ability to read and interpret shop drawings - Proficiency with common woodworking machinery and tools - Strong understanding of materials and construction methods - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Basic shop or woodworking experience - Familiarity with hand tools and general shop safety - Strong interest in learning the trade - Reliable transportation and consistent attendance - Strong attention to detail - Dependable and punctual - Team-oriented mindset - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Commitment to producing high-quality work Racine@qpsemployment.com IND012 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
