How you will make history here...

The DSD Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations supporting the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) network. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, inventory integrity, safety compliance, and effective coordination of temporary labor and route operations. The manager serves as a key operational and communication link between warehouse, sales, and route teams.

What you will do...

  • Manage daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations to ensure accurate and timely shipments
  • Supervise temporary labor, including training, scheduling, and performance oversight
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee cycle counts
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, DOT, and internal safety standards
  • Coordinate product rotation, destruction of out-of-code items, and surge event preparation
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for route tablets and warehouse systems
  • Communicate operational risks, delays, and opportunities to partners
  • Investigate and resolve inventory, route, and delivery discrepancies
  • Support cost control, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiative
  • Directly supervises temporary warehouse labor and is responsible for hiring, training, work assignment, performance feedback, and corrective action in accordance with company policy.

What you bring to the table...

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ months of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment

What you bring to the table...

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 6 months of related warehouse or logistics experience
  • Proficiency with Excel and warehouse technology systems
  • Inventory management and warehouse operations
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data and manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency with route tablets and reporting tools

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$61,400-$88,200

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
