Description We are seeking a strategic and results-driven
Business Development Professional to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the construction, real estate development, and mechanical contracting sectors. This role focuses on early-stage project identification, relationship-building with key decision-makers, and positioning the company as the preferred mechanical contractor for new construction, retrofit, and energy-efficiency projects. The ideal candidate will have strong market intelligence capabilities, industry knowledge, and the ability to build long-term strategic partnerships.
