Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5



What work will you perform?


As a Business Systems Analyst III, you will serve as a key liaison between Finance and IT, supporting enterprise initiatives including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM. You will analyze business processes, translate requirements into system solutions, and ensure effective configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle ERP modules.



You will partner closely with Business Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, analyze complex processes, and support issue resolution. This role requires strong analytical skills, precision in documentation, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while mentoring junior team members.



Your ability to bridge non-technical stakeholders and technical teams will be critical to driving alignment, user adoption, and successful delivery of mission-critical system initiatives.



Essential Responsibilities:



  • Partner with business units to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend system improvements and automation opportunities
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical development
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective solutions
  • Create and maintain system documentation, process flows, and training materials
  • Ensure system compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and security standards


  • Timely response to all inquiries
  • Provides feedback for process improvement
  • Work collaboratively with assigned team(s) and other departments
  • Communicates effectively with all necessary parties
  • Reviews documents for accuracy and completeness. Gathers missing documentation as needed
  • Ability to manage multiple work initiatives and delegate work when needed
  • Escalate issues to management as needed
  • General application of concepts and principles
  • Handles the investigation, evaluation, and/or resolution of issues



Minimum Experience and Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst


  • Preferred Experience and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP


  • 1 year experience Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
  • 1 year experience SQL for data querying, analysis, and validation within Oracle databases.



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



  • Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between finance users (non-technical) and IT teams (technical).
  • Act as a business and IT liaison, Leading requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking to diagnose complex system issues and propose solutions.
  • Ability to assist with user adoption and the transition during Oracle system upgrades or implementations.
  • Precision in documentation to prevent missed requirements or errors.
