Oversee key procurement categories, including Aluminium and Paper, driving measurable value through cost optimization, innovation, quality enhancement, service excellence, and risk management. Deliver sustainable business results by building and expanding procurement's strategic contribution to the organization. Champion procurement priorities in Innovation and Simplification by enabling and sourcing innovative solutions, while standardizing and consolidating supply strategies across the AFNA business to improve efficiency and long-term value creation. Qualifications/Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a scientific/technical field. Strong preference for CIPS or equivalent professional procurement qualification. Experience: Minimum 7+ years of procurement experience or 5+ years in a management role (e.g., plant management or similar functions). Proven leadership experience within multi-country, multinational, and matrix organizations. Extensive background in commercial management, change management, category management, cross-functional team leadership, and senior-level stakeholder influencing. CompensationThe starting salary for this position is expected to be between $112800 to $141000; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $112800 to $169200 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor's Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits.
