Overview

This position is for a D501 Reliability Technician and will be reporting to the Reliablity Engineering Supervisor. The selected candidate will be responsible for predictive maintenance data collection via Infrared Scanners, Lubrication Samples, Ultrasonic Flow Meters, Shaft Laser Alignment Tools, & Vibration Analyzers.

    Work with Facilities Reliability Engineers, maintenance, and equipment operators to collect predictive maintenance data as part of the Preventative Maintenance Program
  • Review data with Reliability Engineers and Maintenance Personnel and make recommendations for maintenance and repairs
  • Assist Maintenance Personnel with equipment preventative maintenance and repairs


Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED or 2+ years of related technical experience
  • 5+ years experience related to Facilities preventative or predictive maintenance

Preferred:

  • EB experience
  • Associates degree or higher
  • Experience with Excel, CMMS Systems, and Predictive Maintenance devices and software is preferred.


Skills

  • Candidates must possess strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work with Facilities Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations.
