Description and Requirements

The OEM Services Integration Manager drives revenue growth and service adoption across OEM partnerships in North America by embedding Lenovo Services into hardware and solution opportunities.

This role combines services subject-matter expertise, structured program execution, and cross-functional leadership to ensure Lenovo Services are effectively positioned, integrated, and delivered within OEM engagements. The successful candidate translates complex or ambiguous customer requirements into scalable service solutions, clear execution plans, and measurable business outcomes.

The position operates at the intersection of Sales, Services, Engineering, and Operations, acting as a key enabler for increasing services penetration, attach rates, and customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Services Growth & OEM Deal Integration
    • Drive increased revenue, penetration, mix, and attach rates for Lenovo Services within OEM opportunities.
    • Partner closely with OEM Sales teams and customers to position and integrate Lenovo Services into deals.
    • Match customer requirements with appropriate service offerings, ensuring commercial viability and customer value.
    • Support development of service value propositions aligned to customer outcomes and OEM business strategy.
  • Strategic Collaboration
    • Collaborate with OEM Sales, suppliers, ISVs, and partners to embed services into complex solutions.
    • Work across Marketing, Engineering, Intake, PMO, Procurement, Delivery, and Partner organizations to execute service strategies.
    • Align global, regional, and geo services stakeholders to ensure consistent execution.
  • Program & Solution Development
    • Translate ambiguous customer requirements into structured processes, execution plans, and Statements of Work (SOW).
    • Develop robust service proposals defining scope, dependencies, partner involvement, and risk mitigation.
    • Contribute services expertise to customization initiatives and OEM solution planning.
    • Ensure service offerings align with operational capabilities and contractual frameworks.
  • Escalation & Operational Enablement
    • Support Sales, Partner, and Customer teams in resolving service escalations by coordinating appropriate internal resources.
    • Build strong working relationships with Tech Support, Supply Chain, Logistics, Parts, and Field Service teams.
    • Drive timely resolution of issues while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Influence and coordinate multiple organizations including Sales, Finance, Service Delivery, Engineering, and external partners.
    • Maintain strong collaboration with geo and worldwide Services leadership.
    • Promote operational alignment and continuous improvement across OEM service execution.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years project or program management experience in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle services and the competitive services landscape.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing sales or solution environments and working with global cross-functional organizations.
  • Experience developing Statements of Work (SOW) or structured service proposals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within OEM business models or partner ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of services contracting, vendor capability models, and solution delivery frameworks.
  • Background in Lenovo Services or similar IT services portfolios.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to convert ambiguity into scalable processes and executable plans.

  • Drives alignment across diverse teams without direct authority.
  • Brings structure and clarity to complex customer scenarios.

This position will be working onsite in our North America Headquarters in Raleigh, NC. Candidates that are already local to Raleigh, NC are preferred.
