| The Holistic Health Outreach Coordinator reports directly to the Assistant Director of Administrative Operations for all primary supervisory matters. The Assistant Director of Holistic Health Outreach leads the day-to-day management and strategic guidance for outreach operations and health education initiatives. Working within the Division of Health, Well-being and Safety, the Coordinator supports Student Health Services (SHS) by increasing awareness and utilization of preventive services, coordinating multidisciplinary programs with campus partners, and managing SHS digital communications. This role ensures the seamless delivery of outreach services-including support for SWIFT, Case Management, and CAPS-while operating under the administrative oversight of the Assistant Director of Administrative Operations. This role collaborates with campus partners and external stakeholders to deliver multidisciplinary health education programs, coordinates on-campus service access initiatives such as mobile vision and dental clinics, and represents SHS and the Division of Holistic Health in campus and divisional planning and coordination efforts. The Outreach Coordinator manages SHS social media and website content to ensure accurate, timely, and student-centered communications. The position may supervise student assistants. | |
