Here's what you'd do:

  • The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing the strategy to drive international customer ARPU growth and retention.
  • This role is responsible for building upsell and activation nurtures for newly available products and automation that drives customer advocacy.
  • This role is supported by marketing operations, analytics, and a best-in-class creative team.
  • You will plan communication cadences in coordination with product availability, strategize customer upgrade pathways, write copy for email and in-app messaging, build Marketo programs, and scope requirements for Braze nurtures to be executed by internal resources.
  • Lead the customer marketing execution of the TG3 upgrade and upsell lifecycle journeys, including developing all high-pain/high-value customer outreach and mass communications (email content, Pendo alerts).
  • Operationalize the GTM strategy for new product launches in international markets (UberEats, JET, TDS, CandE, OO Pro & Website, Inventory, client IQ.
  • This includes leveraging the proven U.S. playbook Shop PDP pages, announcement emails) and adapting it for local international parity.
  • Marketing Infrastructure: Develop and deploy a regular product newsletter with feature updates and new product announcements.
  • Create and manage evergreen, behavior-triggered marketing automation to improve the referral motion, with a top priority being the NPS-triggered referral campaign to drive advocacy worldwide.
  • Support the goal of delivering 1.5k international referral opportunities by incentivizing advocacy and capitalizing on the high-trust nature of the global restaurant community.

Pay: $56.00 - $60.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: Contract (6 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in lifecycle marketing for B2B companies.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing dependencies and anticipating risks (R&D delivery, Ecomm bandwidth).
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding and technical expertise in Marketo, Pendo, and Braze.
  • Good project management and organizational skills to manage multiple product launches and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to self-manage a roadmap and keep management informed weekly.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with Product Marketing, PMM, and Marketing Operations MOPS.
  • Familiarity with client products.
