Become our next Bookkeeper in Monroe and help manage invoices, receipts, and payment tracking. If balancing worksheets, clearing queues, and staying ahead of the numbers feels good, this role is built for you.

Requirements for a Great Fit

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience with heavy AP exposure
• Strong understanding of general ledger coding and reconciliations
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or similar)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Be Handling

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices (3-way match)
• Code invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts
• Obtain proper approvals and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and process check runs, ACH, and wire payments
• Maintain vendor files, W-9s, and payment records
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding balances
• Assist with 1099 preparation and year-end reporting
• Monitor aging reports and manage payment schedules
• Record daily financial transactions in accounting software
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
• Assist with month-end close and journal entries
• Maintain accurate general ledger records
• Support payroll processing and expense tracking
• Prepare financial reports as requested
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation
