Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour + unlimited earning potential (commission)

Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Actually Do

You'll talk with customers, back up the sales team, and keep orders from getting stuck. You'll work with finance and logistics to make sure details are right and customers know what's going on.

This Role Is a Good Fit If You

• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable working in a door-to-door sales environment
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience is helpful but not required - paid training provided
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Conduct door-to-door sales outreach to identify potential customers
• Inspect residential roofs and educate homeowners on available services
• Assist homeowners through the insurance claims process
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and management
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
