Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Here's what we're looking for.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Paralegal Certificate preferred)
• 5 years of legal administrative experience
• Knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and legal documentation
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Experience with legal case management software preferred
• Strong typing and proofreading skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, contracts, and court filings
• File legal documents with courts (electronic and physical filing as required)
• Maintain and organize client files, case records, and legal documentation
• Manage attorney calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, meetings, and client appointments
• Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Draft routine correspondence and legal documents from templates or dictation
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and filing requirements
• Answer and screen phone calls; greet clients in a professional manner
• Assist with billing, time entry, and preparation of expense reports
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and client information
