The Accounts Payable Representative, Payment Processor is responsible for accurately processing and disbursing vendor payments through multiple methods, including check and ACH transactions, while maintaining compliant financial records. This role ensures timely payment execution in accordance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards. The Payment Processor also supports out-of-cycle and expedited payment requests, such as Quick Pay transactions, as well as special payment handling requests, ensuring proper approval and documentation. Responsibilities
Prepare and execute weekly payment runs, including vendor payments, employee expense report reimbursements, FOMPS payments, utilities, and refund payments.
