Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Records Management Analyst to support the Records Management Group (RMG) for a US government customer. This person will ensure the RMG follows the Federal Records Management Act and all related statutes, federal regulations, and customer and Intelligence Community (IC) policies and procedures. This includes but is not limited to requirements set forth in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), United States Code (USC), and National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) mandates. The RMG helps train and assist the customer workforce to meet the requirements set forth by the CFR, USC, and NARA mandates. Further responsibilities include the following:
Aid in the development of a Records Control Schedule (RCS), support offices who have created digital and paper records, guiding them on RM best practices throughout the record life cycle.

Target Salary Range $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
