This role will be an advisor for records across all business units but will have a focus on Gas Distribution records in the US. You will build relationships with our Business Authorities and be a point of contact for enterprise-wide Records Management communications, training, and assurance efforts to drive compliance. What You Will Do:
Deliver the Records Management communications and training to achieve records management compliance across Enbridge. As regulations and technology change, work with the RIM team and communications to deliver OCM and inform our Community of Practice networks and other stakeholders. Assist with the Assurance process for identifying our Business Authorities and Records Administrators in each of the major departments. Your work with the almost 200 Directors is the cornerstone to Records Management success at Enbridge. Help build on our Community of Practice concepts and deliver quarterly presentations that include governance and compliance updates from Records Management, Privacy and Cyber Security. This includes working with other leaders at Enbridge to present on topics that are of interest to our participants. Develop partnerships with Privacy, Cyber Security, Legal, Business Development and others to enhance the Records Management brand for each communication channel (email, Yammer, ELink). Lead record projects that help preserve and protect records at Enbridge. This may include advising departments on how to store records, how to send records offsite and walking them through record processes to prep their areas for building moves and relocations. Maintains and Leads established Records Management processes by educating new employees and/or Business Authorities on their role and what they need to do to be successful in their areas. Works with the various Business Authorities and their team to maintain records lists, apply retention to their records, assist with any records projects or activities and help them mature in their records journey. Support our culture and the ever-changing compliance landscape by staying up to date with applicable laws and regulations that may impact on our work at Enbridge. Who You Are:
University Degree in Business Administration and minimum of four or more years of records information management experience OR equivalent combination of formal education, certification and experience. Direct and related Records Information Management work experience, preferably in the energy sector, with strong experience in transformation RIM and supported by depth in various functional areas. Foster a culture of accountability and responsibility regarding records management among all employees and by leadership level. Knowledge of regulatory and statutory obligations, as well as industry standards for RIM associated with various functional areas. Experience in managing projects or large initiatives, budgeting, planning and coordinating skills. Build working relationships at all levels throughout the organization through influence and strong leadership behavior with the ability to compel and lead change. Well-developed problem solving, decision-making and organization skills. High proficiency in computer technology and business applications, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and other content management systems. Strong communication and persuasion skills, including the ability to create marketing and messaging materials that meet stakeholder preferences.
Physical Requirements (Include but are not limited to):
Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Working Conditions:
Office environment, mental stress, pressure and travel requirements will vary over the life of the role, dependent upon initiatives being undertaken and issues identified at any given time. Majority of the work is performed in a typical office environment with occasional field office visits. Periodic overtime requirements. Concentrated levels of reading, studying, analysis, and focused listening. High degree of independence and autonomy in the day-to-day performance of duties with little to no supervision. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job includes close vision.
