Here's what we're looking for.

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in highway construction or heavy civil infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and cost control.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced construction environments.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle of highway and heavy civil construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Support job bidding and assist with construction estimating, cost analysis, and proposal development.
• Allocate and manage project resources including crews, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules to meet production targets and contractual deadlines.
• Monitor daily labor and production costs in collaboration with Area Managers and Superintendents to control budgets and maximize profitability.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company, project engineers, owners' representatives, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and contract compliance.
• Prepare, review, and approve progress payment applications and oversee subcontractor payments.
• Ensure projects meet safety standards, DOT requirements, quality specifications, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead successful project closeout, including documentation, final inspections, and financial reconciliation.
