Position Summary:
The Down Syndrome Program in the Division of Developmental Medicine is one of the oldest and largest of its kind in the country. Our program offers comprehensive care for young children, adolescents, and young adults with Down syndrome from birth until they reach age 22. The Program Coordinator is responsible for the comprehensive coordination of clinical and administrative operations within a multidisciplinary pediatric specialty clinic and affiliated employment support program. The Program Coordinator manages patient intake processes, scheduling, data tracking, clinic logistics, and interpreter coordination. This role serves as the primary liaison between families, providers, and staff, ensuring efficient workflows, accurate documentation, and high-quality patient and family experiences. The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
