Description (1) Data Validation Tester to support a critical data migration project. This role involves validating data consistency between Salesforce and IBS (core banking system) during a major transformation initiative. This consultant will focus on executing migration, validating data accuracy, and collaborating onsite with Lakshmi and my fellow consultants on this project during key phases. Banking experiences and Salesforce knowledge. These testers need to be quick learners and execute pre-written scripts. Skills manual, banking, data validation, defect reporting, sql, api, salesforce software Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail for validating data consistency across multiple systems Ability to execute pre-written scripts and quickly learn new processes Familiarity with QA methodologies focused on data validation rather than heavy technical coding Basic SQL query skills for data checks Understanding of API concepts for data syncing between systems Experience with Salesforce and IBS Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working closely with the lead consultant on-site Banking domain experience is required Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Wilmington, DE.
