Engagement & Programs Administrator NeuSrg-Central Admin Full Time 88213BR Job Summary Uses advanced administrative concepts and organizational objectives to resolve highly complex issues. Under minimal direction, manages, plans, administers, and coordinates strategic administrative operations for the Department of Neurological Surgery, with a primary focus on awards and recognition, engagement and wellness programs, events management, and institutional reporting. Regularly performs short- and long-term planning, analyzes complex data sets, and exercises judgment in selecting methods and evaluation criteria. Erroneous decisions may result in significant operational, financial, or reputational impact to the department. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $78,900 - $167,300 (Annual Rate).
