We are hiring 10-15 Data Center Cable Technicians for a major data center project in Manassas, Virginia. The initial project duration is 8.5 weeks, with multiple ongoing and upcoming projects expected to extend longterm opportunities. Highperforming technicians may be eligible for conversion to fulltime employment after completing required hours. Experience Requirements To qualify as a Level 1 Technician, candidates must have: * Minimum 2 years of data center cabling experience * (Anything less is an automatic disqualifier.) Level 2 candidates require: * Resume review * Technical screening to verify handson skill proficiency Required Tools Technicians must provide their own tools: * Electrician snips * Basic hand tools (Phillips/flathead screwdrivers, wrench set, socket set) * Hand drill (preferred; can be provided if needed) Key Skills & Responsibilities * Pulling and routing fiber optic cable * Performing Fluke testing * Terminating copper and fiber cabling * Cable dressing and pathway organization * Working in a data center construction environment with full PPE * Ability to articulate handson data center experience * Ability to follow safety standards, documentation, and quality guidelines Top Skills: Fiber optic installation * Copper & fiber termination * Fluke testing * Cable dressing * Lowvoltage cabling Pay Range * Level 1 Tech: $19-$22/hr * Level 2 Tech: $23-$27/hr Additional Requirements * Clear communication skills * Must pass background and drug screening * Reliable and able to work full shifts in a physical environment * Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs, work on ladders, and navigate tight spaces * Ability to identify active circuits and follow labeling/termination standards Work Environment * Onsite in a live data center construction setting * Full PPE required * Fastpaced, handson technical environment Opportunity Highlights * Longterm opportunity with strong potential for fulltime employment * Multiple ongoing and upcoming data center builds in the region * Growing project workload in Northern Virginia driving demand for skilled technicians Reason for Opening Increased project wins require additional skilled technicians onboarded by* 3/16 to meet customer deadlines.
